STROGANOFF SUPERB 
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
3/4 c. milk
Hot parslied noodles or rice

Brown steak in butter or olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions, mushrooms, and seasonings; cook until vegetables are tender. Add cream cheese and milk, stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
