CARROT KUGEL 
3 bags (3 lb.) carrots
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Shred carrots, put into bowl. In food processor combine all liquid ingredients plus sugar. Combine this with shredded carrots.

In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients, then mix together with carrots and liquid ingredients. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
