FRUIT CRISP 
1/2 c. brown sugar, light or dark
1/2 c. all purpose flour (if using self-rising flour, omit soda and baking powder)
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. baking powder
21 oz. can cherry, apple or blueberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pie filling in 8 x 8 inch glass or aluminum baking pan. Mix all other ingredients in small bowl; crumble on top of fruit. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream. Yields 5 to 6 servings.
