FRIED RICE 
1 stick butter
2 c. cooked long-grain rice
2 chopped green onions, stems
1 egg
1/2 c. cooked ham
1/4 c. soy sauce

In large skillet melt 1 stick of butter. Add cooked rice; fry for 5 minutes. Then add green onion, ham, and 1 well-beaten egg. Toss and simmer. Add soy sauce. Fry until the egg has set.
