MAMA'S TEA CAKES 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix sugar, powdered and granulated sugars, butter, oil, vanilla, flour, soda, cream of tartar and baking powder. Drop mixture on baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 15 minutes. Tea Cakes may be rolled in sifted powdered sugar (1 cup) while still warm.
