CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded

Blanch 3 to 4 minutes and drain well. Mix together and heat (do not boil) :

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Pepper to taste
Cabbage

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. corn flakes, coated with 2 tbsp. melted butter

Put about 1 cup corn flakes in bottom of casserole. Layer cabbage mixture, then cheese, rest of cabbage, rest of cheese and top with corn flakes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
