LOW CAL CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 sm. size pkgs. sugar free vanilla instant pudding
4 c. 1% or 2% milk
2 (8 oz.) light Philadelphia cream cheese
3 sm. pkgs. Equal or Sweet & Low
Any fresh fruit of your choice for topping
12 oz. carton Cool Whip for frosting

Bake cake mix as directed on package; let cool at least an hour. Soften cream cheese and mix with Equal and 1 cup milk. Mix pudding with 3 cups milk; add to cream cheese and spread on cake. Chill for 1 hour; top with fruit. Frost with Cool Whip.
