1 qt. pecans
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 grated orange rind

Mix sugar, syrup, flour, milk and orange rind in saucepan. Cook until soft ball stage. Take off heat and add nuts. Pour onto cookie sheet. Spread out to cool.
