ITALIAN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 med. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. water
3 c. cooked noodles
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar

Brown beef with onion, garlic, and seasonings. Add soup, water, and cheese. Fold in noodles.

Sprinkle with additional cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
