ANGIE'S MEATLOAF
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
5 slices bread (preferably wheat)
1 med. onion
1/2 bell pepper
Ketchup
Black pepper
3 eggs
4 pieces of celery
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
8 to 10 saltine squares

In large mixing bowl, place meat. Tear bread in tiny pieces and put in meat. Crumble saltine crackers over meat. In blender, put tomato sauce (rinse can with a little water and pour that in blender also), add eggs, onion, bell pepper and celery. Blend mixture until it becomes 'puree'. (It will look 'yucky'!)

Pour over meat, add salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly with hands. Spray loaf pan with Pam, then place meat in pan, forming 'loaf' with your hands. Cover the top with ketchup, then with foil and bake in oven (275 degrees) for at least 1 hour. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. Serve with baked beans and mashed potatoes, salad and rolls.
