BREAKFAST CASSEROLE RECIPE 
16 slices of bread, cut off crusts
8 slices american cheese
3/4 c. ham, diced
1/2 lb. ground sausage, fried (pat dry with a paper towel to eliminate grease)
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk

Spray 13x9 inch baking pan with Pam. Lay 8 slices of bread on bottom. Put slices of cheese over bread. Sprinkle sausage and ham over cheese. Add 8 more slices of bread over ham and cheese mixture. Combine milk, beaten eggs, salt and mustard. Pour over bread mixture slowly. Cover and refrigerate (at least 6 hours).

One-half hour before baking, take it out. Mix 1/3 cup melted butter and 2 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours.

Note: For lunch or dinner casserole, chicken, turkey or other preferred meat may be used.
