BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 c. rice
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 sm. onion
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Cook broccoli and rice separately. Combine in large bowl, broccoli, rice, soup, onion, and cheese. Place in Pyrex dish.

Mix butter and stuffing mix. Place on top of broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
