CRUNCHY OVERNIGHT SALAD 
Fresh broccoli
Fresh cauliflower
Water chestnuts
Celery
Ripe olives
Slivered almonds
Fresh mushrooms

Use about a cup of any or all of the ingredients or add other veggies to your preference. Cut into small pieces and mix. Add 1 package dry Italian dressing and 1 (8 ounce) bottle of Italian dressing. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
