SUMMER PASTA 
1 lg. zucchini
1 lg. yellow squash
1 med. vidalia or other sweet onion or 1 c. spring onions, chopped
Broccoli flowers
Any other combination of fresh vegetables
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. unsalted sweet butter
2 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. fresh basil cut into ribbons
2 tbsp. fresh dill chopped
Pinch hot pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
4 lg. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
Pasta - any kind will do

Saute garlic in oil and butter. Add squashes and onion and cook for 1-2 minutes, should still be crunchy.

Cook pasta. Toss with vegetable mixture and add tomatoes and herbs.
