PRETZEL JELLO SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) strawberries, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, partially drained

Mix pretzels, sugar, and butter together and put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes; cool. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip together and spread over crust. Refrigerate until firm. Mix Jello, strawberries, and crushed pineapple together and chill slightly, but not jelled. Pour over cream cheese layer and chill until firm.
