Looks like a light colored chocolate chip cookie sprinkled with powdered sugar.

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees. (I always double the recipe when I make this cookie since it produces a small quantity.)

NOTE: This cookie should not turn brown.
