BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 (15 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, vacuumed packed

WHITE SAUCE: In saucepan on low heat, melt 1/4 cup butter and add 2 heaping tablespoons flour. (Mixture will be thick.) Then add 3 to 4 Kraft Single Slices and just enough milk to make it creamy, and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut up whole onion and saute, add to cream sauce.

Mix corn and cream sauce together and pour into baking dish. Top with crushed Townhouse crackers and melted butter (approximately 1/4 cup). Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
