NEOPOLITAN CAKE 
Marble Cake mix
6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
4 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
Cool Whip
Confetti cookie sprinkles

Bake marble cake according to package directions in 9 x 13 inch pan. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. After cake has cooled 15 minutes poke holes with a fork at 1/2 inch intervals. Spoon Jello over cake until it is absorbed. Refrigerate 4 hours or more.

Prepare vanilla pudding using directions for pie. When pudding is cool, spoon over cake. Top pudding with Cool Whip. Sprinkle confetti sprinkles over Cool Whip. Serve cold. Variation: White cake mix with lime Jello.
