LEMON LUSH | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. soft butter 1/2 c. chopped nuts 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding 3 c. milk Any flavor may be used such as chocolate, banana cream. Mix flour and butter with mixer until smooth. Add nuts and spread evenly in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 8 ounces Cool Whip until smooth. Spread evenly and carefully onto cool crust. Beat pudding with mixer according to package directions but using only 3 cups milk; spread over cream mixture. Spread top with 8 ounces Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts (optional). |
