INDIAN FRY BREAD | |
5 c. flour 3 tbsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. water Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add water to dry ingredients and mix well. Knead 4 times. Divide into small pieces and roll out. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with refried beans or honey. Or make open faced tacos with fried hamburger, refried beans, fresh diced tomatoes, lettuce and salsa. |
