BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice (1 c. raw)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed, heated and drained
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Paprika

Combine rice and broccoli. Mix egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and milk. Stir into broccoli-rice mixture. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Top with melted butter and shredded cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 325 oven for 30-40 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
