CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. boned chicken, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sharp cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain and arrange in greased baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches). Layer chicken on top.

Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion and 1/2 cup of broth. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs or stuffing with butter; sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
