TARTAR AMERICAIN (EUROPEAN
STYLE)
 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 chopped sm. white onion
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sweet paprika powder
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 pickle, chopped
10 or 15 capers
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1 egg yolk
1 lb. ground sirloin
Salt
Pepper
1 boiled egg, chopped
Parsley

Mix all the above with the ground beef and make 2 round portions. Garnish with chopped boiled egg and fresh chopped parsley. Serve with French fries and salad.
