CABBAGE DINNER 
2 slices bacon
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 c. stewed tomatoes
4 oz. canned mushrooms
1 med. cabbage, finely chopped
1 onion
2 tsp. imitation butter flavored salt

Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Combine bacon, cabbage, green pepper, onion, celery, and salt in saucepan. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes and mushrooms and continue cooking until mixture is slightly thickened and tender. 50 calories per serving.
