NUT CREAMS 
1 pt. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white

Soak gelatin in milk, and set in hot water until melted. Whip 1 pint of cream, reserving 1 cup after it is whipped. Strain gelatin into cream, adding sugar, white of egg beaten, vanilla and nuts. Whip until stiff, mold in cups. Garnish with whipped cream and nuts.
