CHEESY BRAT STEW | |
6 bratwurst links, cut in 1/2 inch pieces 4 med. potatoes, cubed 1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. water Place in a large skillet, bratwurst links and potatoes. Add green beans, onion, cheese, soup and water. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done. |
