CHEESECAKE 
1/2 box Zweiback, crumbled
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Line 10 inch springform pan heavily with melted butter. Mix all crust ingredients together and coat pan with crumbs making a fairly heavy coating. Save rest of crumbs for top of cake.

BATTER:

1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 eggs, separated

Mix all ingredients except egg whites together after softening cheese. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter mixture.

Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven. Prop door open slightly and cool cake in oven 6-8 hours.
