BAKED TOMATO FLORENTINE | |
4 tomatoes 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese Cut top off tomatoes, scrape and pulp. Turn upside down on paper towels to drain. Combine spinach (squeezed dry), bread crumbs, nutmeg and cheese. Spoon into tomatoes. |
