1 lb. hamburger
Chopped onion to taste
1 can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning (Schilling)
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Ready made pie crust

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain and return to heat. Stir in taco seasoning (no water) and refried beans. Remove from heat. Spread pie crust in 9"x13" pan and 1/2" up sides. Spread hamburger over crust. Mix egg, sour cream and spread over hamburger. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with chopped lettuce, tomato, olives, etc. topping.
