CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
1/3 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning (McCormick)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat evenly. Place chicken on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.

Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over.

Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Spoon tomato sauce over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Makes 4 servings.
