1 lb. hamburger meat
Pizza sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. bell pepper (optional)
1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)

Brown hamburger meat. Put in casserole dish. Pour pizza sauce over the meat, then the 3 optional items, then Mozzarella cheese. Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour over the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 1 hour.
