BARBECUE SAUCE 
2/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. water
5 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. sugar (or use substitute)
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
2/3 tsp. chili powder
Liquid smoke (opt.)

Mix all ingredients. Very good for basting chicken, for pork chops or left over pork roast and also for frankfurters.
