BANANA PUDDING 
2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
4 eggs (separated)
1/4 tsp. salt
6 bananas
Vanilla wafers
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Set egg whites aside for meringue. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Mix all together well. Cook in double boiler until thick, stirring often. Using a 2 quart casserole dish, line bottom and sides with wafers. Slice bananas over wafers, pour half of pudding mixture over bananas. Repeat layering ending with pudding.

Make meringue and spread over top. Cook in 350 degree oven until lightly browned. Remove and let set until serving time.
