CABBAGE AND NOODLES 
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 head cabbage
1 (16 oz.) pkg. side noodles
3-4 tbsp. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Saute onion in butter, then cut cabbage and layer over onions and butter in saucepan. Cover and let simmer down. Add more cabbage as mixture cooks down. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook noodles and drain.

Combine into large container cabbage mixture and noodles. Fold in sour cream to taste. Serve piping hot.
