BAKED LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, minced 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tsp. parsley, chopped 2 tbsp. salad oil 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste Grated Parmesan cheese 2 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper 8 oz. ronco lasagna 2 eggs 3/4 lb. cottage cheese 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese In pan brown ground beef in oil with onion, garlic and parsley. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper; simmer 1 hour. Meanwhile, cook lasagna as directed. Mix together eggs and cottage cheese. In 13"x9"x2" baking pan about 1/2 cup sauce, the alternate layers of lasagna, sauce, egg and cottage cheese and Mozzarella until pan is filled. Top with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. |
