CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
4 c. cooked, diced chicken (or more if desired)
1 sm. onion, chopped
8 fresh mushrooms, sliced (I use a sm. can)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
2 c. milk
2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook egg noodles according to directions on package. Drain. Combine chicken, onion, mushrooms, cheese, salt and pepper, celery soup, mushroom soup, milk and noodles together. Pour into large casserole or baking dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Or bake in microwave for 20 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
