BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE 
8 oz. elbow macaroni, boiled & drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1-8oz. Chunk American cheese, diced
Grated Parmesan cheese

Boil macaroni and rinse. Saute onion in 1/2 stick butter. Mix thoroughly 2 cans tomato sauce, onion and butter. Add sugar and salt to taste. Add diced cheese to macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for about 45 minutes. Before baking sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
