CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 pkg. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (18 oz.) jar orange marmalade

Wash cranberries and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove foil. Stir in lemon juice, orange marmalade and walnuts. Place foil over top. Set aside overnight. Store in refrigerator. Keeps well. Very good on top of cottage cheese or with turkey or chicken.
