BUCKEYES 
1 lb. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. butter, softened
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Shape into balls and chill in freezer until hard. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate with toothpicks to look like buckeyes. Put on wax paper and freeze until chocolate is hard or refrigerate for 2 hours. You can store in freezer. Makes 5 dozen. Preparation Time: 25 to 30 minutes.
