MUM'S PEACHY CHICKEN 
2 cornish hens (or cut-up chickens)
3 lg. onions, cut-up
Oil
Paprika
2-3 cloves fresh garlic
1-2 cans peach halves

Put onions, followed by chickens in roasting pan. Rub some oil all over chickens. Sprinkle paprika liberally over chickens, rubbing in until red/brown in color. Cut up garlic cloves and sprinkle over chickens. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover, baste and pour peach halves (with some juice) around chickens. Bake uncovered another 1/2 hour, basting occasionally, until chickens are golden brown and well done.
