BAKED LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and garlic lightly in oil, in skillet over medium heat, stirring until crumbly. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cover bottom of greased baking dish with 1 1/2 cups tomato mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Yield: 8 servings.
