CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry fruit filling

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Combine cake mix, cherry fruit filling and eggs. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Frost cake when cool.

FROSTING: In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted and smooth. Spread over cake.
