ICE RING 
2 1/2 c. ginger ale
1/2 c. lemon juice

In container combine ginger ale and lemon juice. Pour half of mixture into 1 quart Jello ring mold. Arrange fruits (canned apricot halves drained, seedless grapes, orange peel stripes, whole strawberries, mint leaves, maraschino cherries, drained). Freeze approximately 2 hours. Pour remaining liquid over fruit. Freeze.
