SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
Another Southern tradition for Holidays or a Sunday dinner.

2 tbsp. flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup dark corn syrup (Karo)
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk (Pet)
1 to 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix flour, sugar and salt in 1 1/2 quart bowl. Add and mix well, dark corn syrup. Beat in with fork, 2 eggs. Mix in 1/2 cup Pet milk, chopped pecans and 3/4 teaspoon. vanilla. Pour into 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell or two regular pie shells.

Bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes or until firm.
