CHILI SAUCE 
2 onions, chopped
2 hot peppers, diced
18 ripe tomatoes, diced
2 finely chopped sweet peppers

1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt

Cook slowly until done. When almost done, stir in 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with small amount of water, stirring constantly. Can put into clean sterilized jars and seal.
