CARROT-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 c. butter (butter)
2 onions
1/4 c. flour
dash of celery seeds
12 sliced carrots
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook carrots. Melt butter; stir in onions, chopped fine, pepper, mustard and celery seeds. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes. Add milk and flour; cook until thick. Put layer of carrots, then cheese, another layer of carrots and cheese in 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Pour sauce over the carrots.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
