2 c. sweet potatoes, baked or boiled & mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cane syrup
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. canned cream
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 pie shell (9 inch, unbaked)

Mix all above ingredients together. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake in 400 degree oven until pie crust around edges is brown and pie is slightly browned. Allow to cool. Great topped with Cool Whip.
