ROAST BEEF 
3-4 lb. rump roast - beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
2 c. water
Salt and pepper
Garlic clove
1 stalk celery
1/2 c. green peppers
1 onion
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 slices bacon

Wash rump roast; put in roaster. Add can of mushroom soup, add onion soup mix, salt and pepper, cut up green peppers, cut up onions, cut up celery, cup 1/2 garlic clove; put all vegetables around roast, then add 3 cups water. Mix well, then add all seasoning and mix well in water and soup. Place the two strips of bacon across rump roast.
