1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can crescent rolls

Make crust with crescent rolls. Brown meat and onions and remove excess fat. Add sour cream and mushrooms. Put all this in pie crust. Top with 6 slices cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is bubbly.
