$10, 000 CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

FOR FILLING:

1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Mix up the ingredients for the filling first and set aside. Mix up all dry ingredients together (except for filling). Gradually add the other ingredients to the dry mixture and mix well with mixer. Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan. Pour filling in center of mixture before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Check on at 50 minutes with a toothpick.

To sour milk mix milk with 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar.
